# easymacros > A free calorie, macro, training and weight tracker at https://easymacros.fit. Search a food, pick how much, done — or say it in words, scan a barcode, or send a photo of the plate to the coach built into it. Free, no ads, no subscription and no paywalled features; an account is only needed to keep a log between devices, and the landing page runs the real app on sample data so it can be tried without signing in. What it does: food and workout logging with barcode scanning and photo estimates, daily calorie and macro targets worked out from your own profile, planning days ahead, weight tracking with a 7-day trend, and an AI coach that reads and writes the same log the buttons do. Where it runs: the web, on phone and desktop, at https://easymacros.fit. It is also a ChatGPT app and an MCP server, so an assistant with the user's permission can log food and read the day back — see the support page for how to connect it. The MCP endpoint is https://easymacros.fit/mcp and is OAuth-protected; it is not browsable. ## Pages Every guide below is also served as markdown: append `.md` to its URL (https://easymacros.fit/vs/myfitnesspal.md), which is the same page without the layout around it. The two landing pages are the app itself rather than an article, so they have no markdown copy. - [easymacros](https://easymacros.fit): the tracker itself, playable signed out - [easymacros in Arabic](https://easymacros.fit/ar): the same app and page in Arabic - [AI calorie counter](https://easymacros.fit/ai-calorie-counter): logging food by typing, speaking or sending a photo to the coach, and how it gets the numbers right - [Calorie counter from a photo](https://easymacros.fit/photo-calorie-counter): how the coach logs a plate or nutrition label from a photo, how accurate that is, and what happens to the photo - [Free MyFitnessPal alternative](https://easymacros.fit/free-myfitnesspal-alternative): what people moving off MyFitnessPal are looking for: barcode scanning without a subscription - [easymacros vs MyFitnessPal](https://easymacros.fit/vs/myfitnesspal): feature-by-feature, including what MyFitnessPal charges for - [easymacros vs Lose It!](https://easymacros.fit/vs/lose-it): feature-by-feature - [easymacros vs Cronometer](https://easymacros.fit/vs/cronometer): feature-by-feature - [TDEE calculator](https://easymacros.fit/calculators/tdee): maintenance calories from age, height, weight and activity, and what to eat to lose or gain - [Macro calculator](https://easymacros.fit/calculators/macros): daily calories and grams of protein, carbs and fat for a goal, protein set first from bodyweight - [Protein calculator](https://easymacros.fit/calculators/protein): grams of protein a day for losing fat, maintaining or building muscle, and how much per meal - [Calorie deficit calculator](https://easymacros.fit/calculators/calorie-deficit): how many calories a day to lose 0.25–0.75 kg a week, and roughly how many weeks to a goal weight ## Optional - [Support](https://easymacros.fit/support): how to get help, and with the ChatGPT app - [Privacy](https://easymacros.fit/privacy): what is stored, and what is never shared - [Terms](https://easymacros.fit/terms): terms of use
